(the “Company”) (TSX-V: DEFN) is pleased to announce that, further to its news release dated December 21, 2018, regarding receipt of TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”) approval of the Company’soption agreement with Spectrum Mining Corporation dated November 22, 2018, the closing of an associated private placement and a change of name from First Legacy Mining Corp. to Defense Metals Corp., it will resume trading on the TSXV on January 7, 2019.
